I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Easy to roll while sitting in it. Very easy to get out of this chair. I wish it came in other colors. Most important, it is QUIET!

The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.
