I just received and assembled the chair in approximately 30-40 minutes. This chair seems sturdy and great for mature use. I am very pleased with the quality given the price and expect the chair to last several years.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.
