It is super ergonomic and has nice head support and also the cushion ajustable for the lower back, very useful. I totally recommand it, even more than some other highly pruced chairs i've tried.

Really nice quality chair for the money. It's very comfortable, easy to put together, and well-designed. This feels better than the office chair that I spent double the price on.
