I like the fact that the chair can recline, go up and down to adjust for height, and has a back and head cushion for comfort. We really love this chair.

Very comfortable! The cushions, especially in the lumbar area, also play a role. The cushion is very comfortable, not too soft or too hard. So far I have sat in it for 2 hours without any discomfort or pain in my lumbar or back.

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
