While putting the chair together, the chair came out great. So far I've had no problems with support or comfort for the most part.

The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.
