The chair is very comfortable to sit in. The neck and back support are adjustable and very much needed for a long gaming session.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
