As soon as you open the box and you see the packaging, you'll know right there that you got something good. Really great chair. The seat is firm, supportive, and comfortable hours in. The pillow is a nice touch, as well as the lumbar support being movable within the seat.

Absolutely amazing! Comfortable, great quality and didn't take long to put together! Construction is still solid. it was large enough to fit me perfectly.
