The lumbar support is great for long sessions of paperwork or playing games. So far I've had no issues and have been really happy with my purchase, would recommend this company to friends.

I've bought two DXRacer chairs now, and both times the shipping was insanely fast—my first one showed up in a day, and the second only took two. These are by far the most comfortable gaming chairs I've had, and they keep getting better with more color and design options. Plus, I really like the lumbar support pillow that came with it.
