I bought it specifically for the lumbar support since I have back issues and it has helped tremendously. I haven't had any back pain since using the chair and everything is fully adjustable

As someone who spends a lot of time sitting and designing, I can't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a new chair. My old cheap chair was wrecking my back, even when I tried to maintain good posture. I ended up sitting in awkward positions just to feel comfortable. I never realized how much a firmer chair could make a difference. A friend recommended this brand, and after using my chair for over a year now, I can't imagine going back.
