I am 6 feet tall and the chair fits me really well. I had to adjust the lumbar pillow a bit higher to hit the right spot but after it is adjusted it feels great on my back.

Because the armrests are pre-assembled and because most of the screws are already in the right place, assembly was a breeze. What this implies is that you may quickly position the part to be attached, loosen the screws, and then screw it back on. The assembly is, overall, quite easy.
