It has adjustable neck and low back pads/pillows. Adjustable arms are very nice. I wish I had one for myself working from home. Lol.

I had a smooth experience ordering my new chair from Dxracer. I chose the Guild Wars 2 edition, and it arrived in 4-5 days, with FedEx providing updates the entire time. The chair is really comfortable, and the XL size worked well for me. My roommate also tried it out and plans to order one for himself.

I agree with the 5-star reviews. High-quality chair. The heavyweight alone and the large size of the box make a good impression. Quick and easy to assemble. Very smooth-running castors. Everything is adjustable.
