This chair is very well-made and the wheel base is metal. The fabric used is very durable and my son says it is comfortable all day

The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

Just a great chair all around. I WFH and am sitting all day so need something quality. I would add massaging and heat in the future designs.
