Great for long gaming sessions, at least for me. I'm a big guy (200 lbs+), and these are rated well above that. I can lower the back all the way down and turn it into a daybed, almost. Great lumbar support, back support, and head/neck support with the included cushions, which are removable.

I bought one a few years ago and used it every day and after 3-4 years it needed replacement and I am so happy so far with this chair. Money well spent so far.
