I got the black and white chair and it came in perfect condition. I got it because I have back problems and it has made sitting for long periods of time bearable for me and it is super comfortable.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!

The chair looks great and is very comfortable. The chair is firm and I have had it for like maybe two weeks with using it as my work chair and gaming chair and I have no complaints for it.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model.
