Overall it is pretty good and comfortable. the only down side is how the back supports attach. They tend to slide out of position due to being only attached to elastic straps. Other than that it serves its purpose.

It really is extremely comfortable! When I sat down for the first time, the chair really was an experience, it felt as if my tense back was loosening.

The chair itself is decently comfortable, and I was initially satisfied. The chair itself is for my son who is 6'1" and he loves how the chair fits him. The headrest and curves in the back of the chair are built for someone his height. The armrests also adjust which is a bonus.
