Unfortunately I didn’t listen to my instincts and should have taken more time to shop around. The downside is the chair is a bit narrow fitting in compared to my frame.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.
