To be clear I bought this for a home office chair so, work during the day and gaming at night. Overall, it's not bad, but not great and there are other chairs I would consider that cost less. it arrived fairly quickly. Great packaging. Was pretty simple to assemble. Instructions were clear. It looks great once assembled. Generally fairly comfortable, yet noticed pretty quick that for long periods of gaming/work it wasn't what I expected. Quality is decent overall but not great. Lots of cheap and soft plastics. Seat needs more cushion. which I easily fixed by adding some extra foam or a slim pad for padding. Lumbar support pillow is fine. I find the angle of the backrest a bit too reclined and would like some more adjustability -- forward. This would also make the neck support cushion more practical. The backrest does recline almost flat - which is a wanted and great feature which I've used after marathon sessions. Arm rests are a bit lackluster - adequate, yet loose and I'd prefer them to be more of a solid fit at this price point or at least have the ability to adjust forward/back. Casters are great and don't mark up a laminate floor, so no need to buy a floor protector. Overall I was hoping for more of the DXRacer Master DNA is this chair, but was disappointed. it's a good chair but do you research. There are other options out there.
