My daughter loves this gaming chair. I've wasted so much money in other chairs, but this one is a definite keeper. The material and feel of the chair is very soft. The neck and back support makes seating so comfortable.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
