The chair has great lumbar and neck support. The chair padding is medium stiffness, not too hard but also not too soft.

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.

Easy to assemble. The lumbar cushion and neck pillow are filled with foam. Sitting is very comfortable, even for a long time (10 hours +).
