The bottom seat, back support and head rest can be a little more softer. Otherwise, this chair is well worth my money and I use it everyday working from home.

I researched a lot of chairs and saw many YouTube videos where it's suggested to buy a good office chair but I suggest the opposite. This is a superior chair in my opinion.

So far, so great! Got my chair this week and settling in. It’s highly configurable—I’m still dialing in the perfect settings. The adjustability is amazing, and I love the magnetic connections. The chair feels solid and is super comfortable!
