I find it to be firmer where I was hoping for cushion. I don't like the headrest because it push's my head awkwardly and when I try to move it, it just slides back.

Amazing packaging, quality and chair itself. Unboxing it was an experience in itself. The manual was easy to follow so it was easy to set up, and I find myself using every feature the chair offers. It was definitely a great investment.
