Let me tell you, my fiancé is absolutely OBSESSED with this gaming chair! Putting it together was a breeze—super easy. It’s rock solid, like, really sturdy, and oh my gosh, it’s SO comfortable, like, next-level comfy. It doesn’t make any noise, which is awesome, and the size? Perfect for bigger guys. A lot of chairs out there feel so small, but not this one! It’s got this sleek, masculine look that’s just really cool. And honestly, you’re totally getting your money’s worth—it’s worth every single penny, no doubt about it!

Second time ordering DxRacer, shipping time was quick it came within 2 days. Due to all orders coming from FedEx you do have to be home to sign for the package (you can't sign for it like other orders). Assembly was easy and very informative with a big diagram showing you the steps on how to assemble the product. Even though one of the plastic pieces was cracked it is not noticeable. I did not reach out to customer support but from the past they are very informative, and friendly. Online picture does look like what was delivered, and super comfortable on top of it.

I’m really happy with my DXRacer Tank purchase. The comfort is on another level, and I’m definitely seated comfortably now! The only thing I’d change is that the seat could go a little higher, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’d definitely recommend this chair. The customer service was outstanding too—my initial back part wasn’t aligned properly, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I got my money’s worth.
