The height and tension adjusting on the chair works great, I found the exact perfect spot for someone my height and haven't had to adjust either of these since, very happy with this! The armrests are incredibly durable.

Recibí esta silla como regalo de Navidad. Me dieron el modelo Bananyacat y es muy lindo. El material es muy grueso, no se siente barato en absoluto. Tenía mucho miedo de que mi gato la rayara como hizo con mi silla anterior, pero cuando intentó arañarla y dejar marcas, no fue tan grave. I like the chair, however, having a separate cushion for the lumbar support doesn't really work well. It fell over every time I got up. There should be lumbar support built into the back of the chair. I also had to add an ergonomic seat cushion because the seat was very hard. This solved the issue of the lumbar support falling down when I got up because I tucked it behind the seat cushion to hold it in place, but the lumbar support at that low height resting directly on the chair is way too low for a proper lumbar support. It would be well worth paying more for a chair with the lumbar support in the chair and a much softer seat cushion. I like the way the rest of the chair functions, such as the arm rests and way the sides of the chair wrap around.
