I only giving this chair 4 stars because although the arms go up and down, you cannot adjust them side to side.

This chair is is quite nice. It feels very solid compared to the cheaper chairs I've tried, and I don't feel like it's straining if I lean backwards.

I am not disappointed. The chair is very comfortable. I can make several adjustments to fit my needs. The assembly was easy and easy to follow.
