It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back. What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.
