So many adjustable parts with the seat and arm rest. I enjoy that this isn't leather like my last chair. The seat cushion has plenty of cushions.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.
