This is my first time trying a mesh back chair and I think it's been helping a lot with my back aches. The chair is very easily adjustable and also leans back very smoothly.

The chair itself is decently comfortable, and I was initially satisfied. The chair itself is for my son who is 6'1" and he loves how the chair fits him. The headrest and curves in the back of the chair are built for someone his height. The armrests also adjust which is a bonus.
