I tried this chair in the store and was very pleased with the comfort. About a week later I ordered one. Assembly was easy. Been using for 3 weeks now and have no complaints.

What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.

This is a perfect chair for my son, for his desk/gaming needs. While assembling it, although relatively straightforward, one of the castors wouldn't fit! After a half hour of trying to bang it into place, it finally went in far enough to be safe to sit on. Overall, it's a great-looking chair!
