This was my first experience purchasing from Dxracer and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. I purchased the Craft in Black White and it is amazing. My chair arrived faster than i expected and upon unboxing everything, i immediately knew this was nothing less than premium from the packaging, down to the hardware quality. Now the chair itself is high quality from top to bottom. All the materials used has a premium feel, even the neck pillow. The chair is a bit on the firm side but i'm sure it will break in with time. I’ve had other chairs that were soft out of the box and flat in no time. I was having back pains recently in my old chair and that was the reason for switching to Dxracer. If you're on the fence about getting this chair, just buy it.

I bought one a few years ago and used it every day and after 3-4 years it needed replacement and I am so happy so far with this chair. Money well spent so far.

Amazing chair. As an investor, I spend a lot of time at my computer. This chair has improved my overall level of comfort throughout the day.
