I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Terrific chair very comfy and easy to put together. Only problem I have is I'm 6'6" so the Back of the chair isn't quite high enough but other than that great buy.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.
