For what you're paying, its pretty comfortable. I think the lumbar support and headrest are my favorite parts of the chair. I do wish that the armrests were more padded.

The chair came incredibly quickly. The back fits my shoulder very well and the base is soft but firm.

I think the price is very reasonable. I've seen chairs that cost twice or three times more than this and can't compete with this one. Clear buying advice.
