Its sturdy, easy to assemble, adjustable and comfortable. The box was heavy but everything was packaged perfectly. It's very comfortable to sit in for 8 hours a day.

This chair's built-in lumbar support, which can be adjusted to the ideal level of support with the flip of a knob, is my favorite feature. It's fantastic.

Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
