The chair is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time and was easy to assemble. It looks great with my desk and setup. The lumbar and neck pillows are very comfortable for me.

This chair is overall great. It looks sleek and clean in my space, has fantastic lumbar support (without needing a pillow), and I love how much it can safely recline without feeling like you're falling.

Amazing packaging, quality and chair itself. Unboxing it was an experience in itself. The manual was easy to follow so it was easy to set up, and I find myself using every feature the chair offers. It was definitely a great investment.
