Ease of ordering, and well delivery. The leather is very comfortable to sit on. I think this product is perfect for my height and I'm at 7'1".

I upgraded my chair because I was experiencing back pain from a previous chair. Everything in the box is well packaged and doesn't fell like a cheaper knockoff brand at all. his chair has helped my back tremendously. Everything else is top notch and I highly recommend if you are sitting for long periods.
