The chair is easily adjusted and has excellent support. I especially like how the armrests can be easily adjusted. The head pillow and the lumbar pillow also enhance the comfort of the chair. The wheels are smooth and don't scratch my hardwood floor. Assembly of the chair was straightforward and all necessary tools were included. Took me about half an hour.
