The leather and stitching are of superior quality. The chair is identical to how it seems in the photo, and it is also cute and sturdy.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).

The shape fits the lower back very well and provides great support. Highly recommended.
