Here is my experience. The chair itself is very comfortable. A+ customer service is what gives me a lot of confidence that I made the right decision in choosing this chair. 100% recommended based on the chair's quality and customer support!Overall, the chair is very ergonomic, supportive in the right places, and highly customizable.

12/05/2016 and now 04/04/2016 the chair has been retired, never broke never had any issues, these GEN 1 dxracers were good but the cushions are flat and the fabrics are beyond stained... beer mostly, milk, food, sweat, boogies and people and friends on it. I believe that to be 7+ years out of a chair i think those years were worth the $300 spent. R.I.P. DXRACER.
