The chair was shipped in a sturdy package that included all of the necessary parts. A headrest is also included. The quality is fantastic for people who prefer to work from home.

It was very easy to assemble and took me 20 minutes. You can do it on your own, but it's quicker and easier with two people (the backrest weighs quite a bit and the other individual parts aren't exactly light either).
