Excellent value for money. This chair offers superior comfort. The color is aesthetically pleasing. When I get a new chair in the future, I will choose DXRacer again.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. If you're looking for parts, the links can be found in the FAQ question: "If my chair's warranty has expired and I need to purchase corresponding parts, what should I do?"

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.
