I have owned a DXrRacer since 2018 and have really liked that chair. After so long, I had broken the lumbar system and started to really wear out the upholstery so I've been looking for a replacement. I was not disappointed. After a long time, I broke the back system and the upholstery became pretty worn out, so I've been trying to get a new one. I wasn't disappointed. But, for the several hundred dollars difference I can't complain about any of it.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.
