I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The chair looks great and is very comfortable. The chair is firm and I have had it for like maybe two weeks with using it as my work chair and gaming chair and I have no complaints for it.
