I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. This chair is the best chair for moduling the best posture for your body while your gaming or working. I use it for both and while i'm writing this review, i'm seating on it so all the positives vives in this review is coming from the comfort i have when i use my Dxracer chair.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.
