The chair's 4D armrest, which can be turned in all directions (up, down, left, and right), is one of the reasons I gave it a perfect score. I really like it.

The chair was delivered right on time and it was exactly what we were hoping for! My husband was so excited about the chair's features and had no trouble assembling it.

This is a perfect chair for my son, for his desk/gaming needs. While assembling it, although relatively straightforward, one of the castors wouldn't fit! After a half hour of trying to bang it into place, it finally went in far enough to be safe to sit on. Overall, it's a great-looking chair!
