There was no damage to any of the parts, and the black color was spotted on. It was simple to put together! It's a good chair so far!

II absolutely love it and think it is super comfortable to sit in. It has adjustable lumbar support, whichI love for different gaming positions. Our son games a lot and the gaming chair has held up very nicely, and he claims it’s still super comfortable to sit in. Totally recommend.

Chair was easy to put together, two people make it quick and easy.Chair is comfortable and appears well made, solid and heavy.Delivery was fast and boxes arrived in good condition.Packaging is great molded foam and parts are very well protected.
