Simply rotating the knob in a clockwise or counterclockwise motion allows you to adjust the lumbar support's height and depth. Great!

This is a perfect chair for my son, for his desk/gaming needs. While assembling it, although relatively straightforward, one of the castors wouldn't fit! After a half hour of trying to bang it into place, it finally went in far enough to be safe to sit on. Overall, it's a great-looking chair!
