In every aspect, the chair has substantially exceeded my expectations. This chair makes an excellent complement to my home office. The lumbar support given by the pillow makes it easy for me to maintain good posture.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.
