It may be adjusted in a variety of ways, and it provides outstanding support for the neck and upper back. A somebody significantly taller and heavier than myself would be very comfortable in this chair.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model.
