The fact that this chair provides such good back, neck, and leg support makes it a favorite of my husband's as he spends several hours at a time sitting at the computer.

Packaging is top notch, and well thought out. I was pleased to learn how easy adjustment levers are to access (rock, tilt, raise-lower, lumbar support).
