It will last for many years. My old chair now seems like a toy next to this throne. There is plenty of padding on the seat and back. Extremely soothing.

The wheels don't make any noise and so far don't scratch the floor. The headrest and backrest can be adjusted to the height you want, which is very useful if you spend a lot of time sitting in the chair.

It's been around a month since I've purchased this chair, and it's both extremely comfortable as well as ergonomic. My back used to have a lot of pain from sitting and playing a lot of games, my old chair had no support for my neck or my lower back. If you find yourself sitting for more than 2 hours at a time to play games I would recommend DX racer chairs in a heartbeat.
