What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. his is a great chair and probably one of the best I have purchased. So far I am quite happy with this chair. It is breathable and comfortable on my back. Easy to lean back when you are tired and take a quick nap.
